A multisensory research-based exhibition "Arctic Places - Arctic Faces" was prepared by fellow Jeff Kerby for the AIAS 10-Year Anniversary Celebration in 2023. The exhibition offered participants a Virtual Reality (VR) tour to Northeast Greenland and showcased captivating photos taken during research at three locations in the Arctic:
The exhibition was prepared by 2020-2023 AIAS fellow, ecologist and photographer Jeff Kerby, who is conducting research in the Arctic to map, measure and help mitigate climate changes – or the greening of the Arctic.
Jeff Kerby's photo essay "Northeast Greenland. Filling in the Gaps…" was published in the AIAS iPerspectives magazine10-Year Anniversary issue and is linked to the photo exhibition. Kerby's photo essay focuses on Arctic Greenland, and all photos are taken by Jeff Kerby on his research field trips to Greenland during his AIAS-COFUND Fellowship.
