Salad Dialogues

The AIAS Monday Lunches are academically and culturally diverse. They bring fellows, associates and Aarhus University and international collaborators together across academic faculties, continents and cultures.

The lunches are held after the AIAS Seminars and during lunches short academic talks are delivered. The lunches aim at:

  • Fostering conversations across research fields
  • Enlarging the network of fellows and Aarhus University researchers
  • Bringing new knowledge and insighs to the table to enhance thinking outside-the-box

AIAS Visiting Fellow Neelakantan Keshavan from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India and Aarhus University collaborator Susanne Højlund took advantage of the unique AIAS Monday Lunch setting by putting food choice and culture, sustainability and climate on the aganda through the 'Salad Dialogues.'
