14 Associate Fellows from Aarhus University appointed to AIAS
Exchanges and collaborations across research disciplines and faculties are in focus when 14 new Associate Fellows from Aarhus University join AIAS from 1 August 2025.

Since 2021, researchers at all career stages from Aarhus University have connected across faculties and disciplines through the AIAS Associate Fellowship programme to share knowledge, methods, and tools, and to explore new ideas and research directions.
The five faculties at Aarhus University nominate researchers for a two-year AIAS Associate Fellowship. This year, 14 have been selected to be part of the interdisciplinary, international AIAS community of talented scholars, from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027.

The Associate fellows are affiliated with AIAS for a two-year period and in addition to joining the AIAS activities they are offered a range of opportunities, such as support for AIAS-related activities and events, short-term office space for research group applications, meetings or the like, invitations to give talks, and much more.
Introduction via 4-minute speed talks on 3 September
On 3 September 2025 at 13:00 all new associates and new fellows are invited to present their research in a 4-minute speed talk at the ‘Introductory Research Presentations Seminar (IRP)’. The IRP seminar is open to all interested, and the seminar and the list and time of the speakers will be announced in August: https://aias.au.dk/events/events-and-conferences Participants are welcome to join only for parts of the seminar.
