The NNF-IAS Fellowship Programme is a collaboration between the eight Nordic Institutes for Advanced Studies, coordinated by AIAS and supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. The fellowship programme runs from from 2027 until 2032, and hosts excellent early-career researchers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
This ambitious programme is a collaborative research effort to explore innovative solutions to challenges within health and sustainability from interdisciplinary and transformative perspectives. In groups of five fellows and one theme lead, fellows in the programme will work on individual two-year fellowships in parallel across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, with an aim of strengthening research, mobility, talent and networking in and across the Nordic countries.
There will be four two-year groups in the programme, the first fellows will start in September of 2027 to work on the sub-theme of ‘Inequity in Health’.
