Research area and short bio

Sophia Opatska is a Vice Rector of Strategic Development at the Ukrainian Catholic University and Founding Dean of UCU Business School, and a member of the Board of European Federation of Catholic Universities (FUCE). She understands well the challenges of fast-growing organizations, has experience both in the educational sector and in the business sector. Sophia is a contributor to a number of case-studies in Leadership and Organizational Design which are published at Stanford (USA) and Ivey Business School (Canada).
