AIAS welcomes 9 new fellows
Today on 1 October 2018, AIAS gives a warm welcome to nine new fellows who will begin their fellowship at AIAS and collaboration with Aarhus University faculty members. The researchers are here on fellowships that will last from one up to three years.
The group of nine new AIAS Fellows are a part of a group of 16 researchers selected in an open, international peer-review process in the Spring/Summer of 2018. The last 7 of this group will begin at AIAS in February 2019.

Meet the new fellows
On Wednesday 3 October both the current and the new nine fellows will present their research question and why this is of importance in 6-minute talks at the ‘Extended Fellows’ Seminar: Joint Research Presentation’ at AIAS. This seminar, as goes for the rest of the Fellows’ Seminars, is open to all – please join AIAS to meet and get in dialogue with the new and current fellows.
Novel projects, AIAS diversity and Aarhus University collaboration
While at AIAS, the new AIAS fellows will have time to concentrate on and develop their individual research projects, but the infrastructure of AIAS also strongly supports and encourages collaboration and networking with Aarhus University faculty members and the research environments at Aarhus University and between the new, ‘old’ and ‘former’ AIAS fellows.
