Abstract
Should efforts to prevent harmful stress focus solely on the workplace, or should a more holistic approach address broader aspects of individuals' lives? Data from the Central Denmark Region’s survey How Are You? highlight the relationship between work and non-work stressors and overall stress levels. These findings offer valuable insights for developing innovative strategies to combat stress.
Short Bio
My research focuses on leveraging population data to improve public health outcomes by collaborating with practitioners, policymakers, and politicians at regional and municipal levels. A key tool in this work is the How Are You? health profiles, which provide extensive insights into population health. These profiles not only have significant societal impact but also support evidence-based decision-making and serve as a foundation for innovative research projects.
