AIAS film evening is back! Jaap Timmer and Laure Guirguis invite you for an exclusive showing and director’s Q&A of a highly original, academic take on biography that has been described as ‘part essay, part detective story, part historical and cultural treatise’:

'The Skin of Others’ has won the ATOM Award for Best Docudrama. It the final output of Assoc. Prof Tom Murray’s ARC DECRA project 'The Other War: An investigation' via documentary film into images of race and otherness in WW1 and their implications for Indigenous communities today.
We are privileged to have director Tom Murray join us (over Zoom all the way from Sydney) for a Q&A following the showing.
