The call is open to researchers from all areas and countries. The articles will be published on the websites of the UBIAS network and on the blog Interdisciplinarity (https://zif.hypotheses.org/), managed by ZiF, Center for Interdisciplinary Research, at the University of Bielefeld.
For this current call for essays, the UBIAS network works in partnership with ZiF, who is also a member of UBIAS. If the received material is considered to be of high quality, it may later generate a publication by UBIAS.
Contributions should be written in English and have a maximum of 10,000 characters, including spaces, and should be submitted by e-mail to either zif@uni-bielefeld.de or ubiasnetwork@gmail.com by the end of May.
The UBIAS global network
The UBIAS network is currently composed of 41 members, representing a total of 44 institutes of advanced study, who are all based at a university. The main aim of the network is to exchange experiences and carry out joint research.
Since 2014, AIAS has been a member of UBIAS, from 2016-2018 AIAS held the chairmanship, and currently is active with AIAS Director Søren Rud Keiding as a member of the UBIAS Steering Committee.
