In the second round of applications, six AIAS Associate fellows from Aarhus University have been awarded an AIAS-Tandem fellowship, allowing them to invite a research collaborator from abroad. The Tandem programme supports the meeting of researchers across disciplines by bringing together an AIAS Associate fellow from Aarhus University and an international research colleague from different research fields to jointly explore new horizons. The six AIAS Associate fellows and their tandem partner will have a shared office at AIAS, for a period from two weeks up to three weeks.

The shared topics of the projects of the visiting Tandem Fellows and their Aarhus University collaborator span from research into an artifact-oriented methodology for digital design, over cellular networks within bone to climate communication.
