Eight AIAS-Tandem Visiting Fellows join in the Spring 2026

Through the AIAS-Tandem fellowship programme eight tandem fellows arrive from abroad this semester to explore novel research avenues across disciplines together with an AIAS Associate fellow from Aarhus University. The first Tandem fellow will join in January 2026.

Eight AIAS Associate fellows from Aarhus University have been awarded an AIAS-Tandem fellowship, enabling them to invite a collaborator from abroad. The Tandem programme supports the meeting of researchers across disciplines by bringing together an AIAS Associate Fellow from Aarhus University and an international research colleague to jointly explore new horizons.

The eight AIAS Associate fellows and their tandem partner will have a shared office at AIAS, for a period from two weeks up to three weeks.

The topics of the shared projects of the visiting Tandem Fellows and their Aarhus University collaborator span from research into robotic resilience, to a study of climate-friendly diets and health to research in advancing AI in dentistry.
