AIAS fellows and staff are invited to the new yoga group, which will meet at 11:15-12:30 on Fridays in the table tennis room on the 3rd floor, room 313. All abilities welcome. The focus will be on the physical: we will probably work from an online class, but advice also available from experienced practitioners in the group.
