On Wednesday, 3 September, we held an afternoon session of Introduction Research Presentations (IRP) designed to help AIAS Fellows become acquainted and gain brief insights into each other’s research areas. On that occasion, only newly arrived fellows were invited to present.

Following several requests, we would now like to extend the opportunity to fellows who were already at AIAS at that time, as well as to new fellows who were unable to participate on 3 September.

We are therefore organizing another IRP on Monday, 19 January 2026, from approximately 11:00–12:30 (exact time can change), and we warmly encourage you to participate with a short presentation of your research (one slide, maximum three minutes).

The Introduction Research Presentations event aims to maximise and support the AIAS Fellows' and AIAS Associates' academic integration and collaboration at AIAS and at Aarhus University. It is a chance for all the old Fellows and Associates to present themselves, their field of work and their research question to each other, to the rest of the fellows and to other people in the audience.  

All interested are welcome to join the presentations, or selected presentations.
