Abstract
In this seminar, I will introduce how digital possibilities are integrated into the dentistry workflow. Along the way, I will share my personal journey into this field. Finally, we will delve into my current research, which focuses on deepening the understanding of existing processes to optimize their application in terms of patient outcomes, and developing automated processing tools for time-consuming tasks.
Short bio
With a background in dentistry and post graduate studies in Oral Rehabilitation, my research focus is on exploring digital tools in Dentistry. My career spans non-academic and academic roles, through management in a dental imaging company and university teaching. These experiences have contributed to bridge theory and practice in research and education.
