In Memory of Dale T. Mortensen

On 9 January 2014 Dale T. Mortensen passed away. He was Board of Trustees Professor of Economics at Northwestern University and since 2006 maintained a joint affiliation at Aarhus University. In 2010, Dale T. Mortensen was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences together with Peter Diamond and Christopher Pissarides, for their analysis of markets with search frictions. Dale has been a great inspiration for researchers around the world for decades, and at this time we want to honor him.

Cycles, Adjustment and Policy (CAP), Aarhus University is organising a Conference in Memory of Dale T. Mortensen, in collaboration with Centre for International Macroeconomics (CIM), Northwestern University.
