On Monday 2 October 2017, AIAS will give a warm welcome to 15 new fellows from around the world who will stay at AIAS to embark on their research projects from one up to three years.

Book publication on the emergence and evolution of religion by AIAS Fellow Armin W. Geertz et al

In the new book 'The Emergence and Evolution of Religion: By Means of Natural Selection', Geertz and co-authors develop a robust and cross-disciplinary analysis of religion by answering an old question in novel ways.

Next week, AIAS welcomes Professor Thomas Pohl from the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Aarhus University as new AIAS Associate for the next two years.

Today, Machteld Verzijden will start her new position in the Philipsborn Group at The Danish Research Institute of Translational Neuroscience (DANDRITE) at Aarhus University.

AIAS Fellow Bjørn Panyella Pedersen awarded Novo Nordisk Foundation grant

Bjørn Panyella Pedersen has received a grant of DKK 1.5 million by the Novo Nordisk Foundation to examine new ways to regulate sugar uptake across cellular membranes in the human body.
